Are you required to electronically submit injury and illness to OSHA next month? If so, the deadline is quickly approaching.
OSHA’s deadline for certain employers to electronically submit injury and illness information from their 2017 injury logs to OSHA is July 1, 2018.
This deadline for the electronic reporting rule applies to:
- Establishments with 250 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records. These employers must electronically submit information from the OSHA 300 Form, the OSHA 300A Form, and the OSHA 301 Form.
- Establishments with 20 – 249 employees at any time during the previous calendar year in certain high-risk industries.
These employers must electronically submit information from the OSHA 300A Form.
All applicable employers must submit this information through OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA) website.
