Comprehensive Employer Guide: Leaves of Absence

BSG|HJI is a member of the Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) , a national invitation-only organization of benefits brokers. BAN put together a comprehensive guide to leaves of absence as they pertain to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. It covers details of the Act and best of all – it includes a chart addressing five possible responses to more than a dozen possible situations. For example, it addresses what type of leave or benefit applies if a person was exposed and is now quarantined and your business is still open.
