Beware of Workers' Compensation Email Scams

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is warning of a sophisticated scam targeting injured workers with fraudulent workers' compensation hearing notices sent by email.

Anyone who receives a suspicious request should verify it directly with the Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Division before providing information or making any payments.
