Sean brings a diverse background in marketing, sales, and technology to his role as Employee Benefits Consultant at Hausmann Group. He began his career managing major marketing accounts and creating impactful consumer experiences before moving into sales, where he quickly proved his strength in building relationships and delivering results. In 2025, Sean joined Hausmann Group eager to dive into the insurance industry and make a meaningful difference for his clients.

Sean is recognized for his ability to connect with people at every level. He has a natural talent for fostering trusted, authentic relationships and approaches every interaction with genuine curiosity. Clients count on him as a strategic partner who helps them assess challenges, explore solutions, and align decisions with their goals. Understanding the critical role employee benefits play in organizational success, Sean strives to be a reliable resource and is proud to represent Hausmann Group while building strong community partnerships.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys an active family life. Most weekends are spent coaching his children’s sports teams, attending games, or playing outdoors together. A fan of staying active—and an enthusiast of local coffee shops and baked goods—he values time with family and friends above all else. Sean also serves on his local Little League board and looks forward to finding more ways to give back to his community.
