Hausmann Group is delighted to announce the promotion of Kate Current to the position of Vice President of Client Strategy, Employee Benefits.
Since joining the agency, Kate has been a vital member of our Executive Management Team, consistently showcasing her outstanding project management skills, strong leadership, and strategic vision for the Employee Benefits service team. Some of her notable achievements include:
- Realigning the Employee Benefits Service Model: Kate worked to realign the Employee Benefits service model to fit with our Ideal Client Criteria (ICC). This initiative helped shift the team’s focus to a more repeatable and scalable service model, embodying our "Get Sh!t Done" ethos.
- Building a Growth Mindset: Kate has closely collaborated with sales and service teams across the agency to build a growth mindset, reflecting our "Humble Confidence."
- Developing the Service Playbook: She has been instrumental in building out our service playbook, including EPIC workflows, new client experience, service timeline, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), showcasing her "Continuous Improvement Attitude."
In her new role, Kate will focus on driving our Employee Benefits client strategy initiatives by collaborating with agency leadership to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service and innovation, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
