Do We Need a Plan Amendment for That?

The legal team at Foley & Lardner posted an article discussing the need for plan amendments considering changes to COBRA, over-the-counter drugs and other benefit items. Mid-year election changes for cafeteria plans aren’t mentioned, so it is worth noting that if you choose to allow the expanded mid-year election changes, the cafeteria plan must be amended.
