EMMA ENDRES

Emma Endres joined Hausmann Group in 2024 with a strong foundation in insurance, having grown up learning about the industry from her family. A Wisconsin native, Emma has worked closely with local business owners throughout Milwaukee and Madison, developing a passion for supporting entrepreneurs. Introduced to Hausmann Group through a former colleague, Emma knew the deep community ties and shared values made joining the HG team a natural fit.

Known for her strong organization and clear communication, Emma brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to risk management. With a knack for identifying exposures, she helps clients build tailored strategies to protect their businesses. In previous roles, Emma was recognized earning back-to-back MVP awards as a Sales Development Rep at her previous company.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys renovating a 100-year-old farmhouse with her husband, hosting gatherings, and supporting animal-related causes. A lifelong music enthusiast, Emma is self-taught in guitar and piano and spent over a decade in choir.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences Communication and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a licensed Property & Casualty agent in Wisconsin.
