ANDREW FUCHS

Andrew got his first experience in the insurance industry at 18. In 2024, he joined Hausmann Group as a Property & Casualty Consultant. After spending time in consultative sales and developing strong relationships with insurance agencies, he discovered his true passion: helping businesses manage complex risks and safeguard their futures. Joining Hausmann Group felt like a full-circle moment—an opportunity to combine his skills and passion in a meaningful way.

Andrew is passionate about helping employers protect their teams by building strong safety and risk management practices. He knows that many business owners value their employees but may not have the time, resources, or expertise to build formal programs. Known for his active listening skills, he focuses on uncovering each client’s core challenges and goals, prioritizing consultative, relationship-driven service over a simple "copy, quote, and pray" mentality.

When he’s not in the office, Andrew enjoys walking dogs with his family, hitting the gun range, and spending time in the garage either working on his car or woodworking. A hands-on volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, he has worked on several home builds on Milwaukee’s north side. He’s an undefeated dancer in Milwaukee Bucks game dance-offs (4–0) and considers himself a self-proclaimed LEGO Master Builder. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is licensed as a Property & Casualty agent in Wisconsin.
