There are Now 59 Items on the FFCRA List of Questions & Answers

How long can it go?

Time will tell, but for now, be aware when consulting the Department of Labor’s Q & A that there are now 59 items on the list, up from 37 last week. New items address the concerns of public sector employers as well as details on how to count employees to determine if the leave laws apply. As written, the law applies to employers fewer than 500 employees. A small business with fewer than 50 employees can apply for an exemption in certain situations.
