TRAVIS BEYER

Travis is an Associate Consultant at Hausmann Group, bringing energy, reliability, and a strong commitment to continual learning to his work. He first discovered Hausmann Group in an unexpected way—by stopping at the company’s booth during a campus career fair. A conversation about the sales internship soon followed, leading him to explore the role and ultimately a future in the industry. After a successful internship, Travis accepted a full-time opportunity, eager to develop his skills in sales and create meaningful client connections.

Travis is known for his consistency, follow-through, and ability to simplify complex issues. He prides himself on staying organized, keeping projects on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Colleagues appreciate his diligence, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to being someone they can rely on—qualities that reflect his belief in doing work the right way, not just the easy way.

Outside the office, Travis values challenges that push him to grow. He enjoys weightlifting, spending time outdoors, and pursuing new skills—currently, learning the guitar. He has volunteered at UW-Madison events and local food pantries and enjoys finding small ways to make a positive impact in his community. Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Risk Management from UW-Madison with a certificate in Environmental Studies. He is a certified Manufacturing Risk and Insurance Specialist (MRIS).
