Stephanie joined Hausmann Group in 2021 with a strong interest in developing her expertise within the insurance industry. Drawing on her background as an educator, she values ongoing professional development and actively participates in continuing education opportunities to enhance her effectiveness as a consultant and insurance program manager. In an ever-evolving industry, Stephanie is committed to understanding the unique risks and exposures each client faces.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling with her husband and children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota.
