Mike brings more than 14 years of insurance and employee benefits experience to Hausmann Group, along with a passion for helping organizations navigate complex healthcare challenges and build stronger benefit strategies. As an Employee Benefits Consultant and Sales Lead, Mike is known for his ability to combine long-term strategic planning with practical execution, helping employers make confident decisions that support both their people and their bottom line.

Before joining Hausmann Group, Mike spent more than a decade leading employee benefits initiatives at The Insurance Center/Alera Group, following his start in the industry as a Marketing Representative with Federated Insurance. Drawn to Hausmann Group's people-first culture and commitment to making a meaningful impact, Mike saw an opportunity to leverage his experience to help clients, mentor others, and contribute to stronger communities.
