Luke is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and comes to Hausmann Group with nearly 20 years of industry experience. After making a career shift from teaching, Luke is proud of all the families he has helped during his insurance career. He takes pride in knowing his work makes a real difference in people’s lives, ensuring both businesses and employees benefit from well-balanced, cost-effective solutions.

Luke excels at connecting with clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate the complexities of employee benefits while keeping their businesses financially strong. His guiding principle? To always leave things better than he found them—whether it’s a client’s situation, his team’s success, or his family’s well-being.

When he’s not working hard for his clients, Luke is happiest watching his kids pursue their dreams and interests, exercising. and refereeing basketball. Luke is also passionate about mentoring young people through his volunteering for Junior Achievement. And for a fun fact: Luke has snorkeled on the Great Barrier Reef!
