JESSE MORAN

Jesse joined the Hausmann Group team in 2025 as a Risk Control Consultant with a wealth of knowledge and experience in risk mitigation. His career began in environmental health and safety, managing hazardous waste programs before expanding into EHS roles involving investigations, training development, and safety culture initiatives. Over time, he moved into more strategic work implementing risk mitigation strategies across multiple sites—experience that now helps him align safety initiatives with clients’ operational goals.

Jesse excels at taking his observations onsite and turning them into structured, practical improvement plans that strengthen safety programs and drive measurable progress. He is passionate about helping organizations create safer workplaces that protect people, improve culture, and allow employees to return home safely to their families.

Outside of work, Jesse is an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife are on a mission to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks—28 and counting. He also enjoys hiking, biking, running, and competing in sports like ultimate frisbee, flag football, disc golf, and bowling. Jesse is a Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE), bringing advanced expertise in machinery safety and risk assessment to support his clients.
