ARIANA CARNEY

Ariana began her career at Hausmann Group in 2023 by supporting clients on the service side as a Commercial Client Associate. She quickly advanced into a consulting role, allowing her to work directly with business leaders, develop long-term client relationships, and help organizations navigate risk with confidence.

Growing up in her family's construction business gave her a firsthand appreciation for entrepreneurship, relationship-building, and the unique challenges business owners face, sparking a lasting passion for the AEC industry and the people who drive it forward. As a Property & Casualty Consultant, Ariana partners with businesses to identify exposures, manage risk, and develop strategies that support long-term success.

Beyond her work with clients, Ariana is actively involved in Wisconsin's business and AEC communities through industry associations, speaking engagements, leadership positions, and volunteer initiatives. She is passionate about helping others grow and has seen firsthand the impact that intentional involvement and meaningful relationships can have on both personal and professional development.

A former collegiate softball player at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Ariana credits athletics to help develop the discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset that continues to influence her approach to business, leadership, and community involvement. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in sustainable business from UW-La Crosse.

Ariana is currently writing a book inspired by the lessons, relationships, and experiences she has gained through her work and involvement in the AEC industry. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, sports, exploring national parks, and spending time with family and friends.
