Andy brings his prior experience in sales and leadership to his role as Employee Benefits Consultant at Hausmann Group, helping organizations design benefits strategies tailored to their unique needs. He joined Hausmann Group after reconnecting with former colleagues on the team, making it his first choice when he was ready to begin the next chapter of his career.

Known for his professional persistence, urgency, and dedication, Andy thrives on strategizing and problem-solving with colleagues. His clients value his clear communication and advocacy, especially when they need support the most. Andy is passionate about helping his clients achieve their benefit goals while delivering a seamless and proactive experience with informed decision-making.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and sports, and you’ll often find him on a lake, in the woods, or spending time with his dogs. He also volunteers with organizations that support individuals with special needs. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UW-Stephens Point, with an emphasis on 19th and 20th-century military and political conflicts.
