Phil Hausmann, CIC, CRIS

Phil joined Hausmann Group in 2010 as a Property & Casualty Consultant, is part of the Construction Industry Group, and now also serves on the Board of Directors. He graduated from Marquette University and has been in the insurance industry since, starting with a focus on the Excess and Surplus lines market for four years. He advocates for active risk management and aims to integrate deeply into his clients' business goals. In 2023, Phil was recognized in InBusiness Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list. Outside of work, he dedicates time to the community through his position on the board of the YMCA of Dane County and enjoys family life with his wife, Ellie, and two sons, with whom he shares a love of international travel and cultural experiences.
