CODY ERICKSON

In 2024, Cody joined the employee benefits team at Hausmann Group following successful stints at HUB, Thomson Reuters, and Cottingham & Butler. Known for his adept communication, problem-solving, and adaptability, Cody brings a wealth of experience in both the property and casualty and employee benefits sides of insurance. His comprehensive understanding of both sectors enables him to tackle challenges with a unique blend of analytical thinking and creativity, leading to innovative solutions. Cody's passion lies in driving meaningful impact for clients, enhancing workplace environments, and optimizing healthcare spend for employees, ultimately saving both time and money.

Cody holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. A fun fact – at Whitewater, he was the sports director for the campus radio station and was the lead play-by-play announcer for the football and basketball teams, where both won the national championship that year. Cody also earned his master’s degree from Arkansas State University while working full-time.

Cody is involved with the Greater Madison Area SHRM and Metro Milwaukee SHRM chapters and sits on the events and sponsorship committee for Metro Milwaukee SHRM. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Peyton, dog Archie, family, and friends. His favorite activities include golfing, playing tennis, and grilling out.
