She excels at identifying and engaging highly qualified candidates, building strong strategic relationships, and leveraging data-driven insights to meet hiring goals. Known for her collaborative approach, Brianna thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a continuous learning mindset.

Amanda joined the HR team at Hausmann Group in 2021. Prior to joining HG, she gained HR experience at an electronics company in South Dakota and at an association management company managing about 30 nonprofit organizations in Milwaukee. Amanda is passionate about helping people whether through problem-solving or helping an associate excel in their role and she thrives on developing and fostering relationships within the workplace 

Amanda holds a Masters in Sociology. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and hopes to get her SHRM certification in the future. She regularly volunteers at her children’s school to help out the 8th grade class each year for their ‘survival’ quarter. She reviews their resumes, interviews them, hires them for jobs, and gives the class feedback on the entire process.
