Medical Captives from Fully Insured...

Is the Hype Worth the Switch?

With no end in sight, medical and prescription costs continue to increase at unprecedented levels year after year.  Employer groups are feeling the squeeze more than ever on their financials.

In addition to the existing challenges, employers are constantly bombarded with sales pitches that promise cost savings, even though these promises often lack the supporting data to back them up.

In this webinar, we will discuss:

  • Pros and Cons of having a fully insured plan, a self-funded captive, or a stand-alone self-funded program.
  • How each is structured through illustrations and examples
  • What changes in your compliance requirements under each option

Our goal is to provide you with critical knowledge by helping you better comprehend what medical option might best fit your company’s culture and risk tolerance.

With interactive Q&A sessions, this is an opportunity to gain valuable insights for your organization. This webinar will be recorded and able to be viewed on the webinar archive of our website.
