- Charlie Parker
Benefits Consultant
Charlie joined Hausmann Group in 2021 as a Benefits Consultant. He is known for using numbers and data to help guide clients into making informed decisions about their benefits plans. He enjoys telling stories through data while helping clients understand and leverage the information to achieve their goals. He excels at guiding clients by empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their business priorities and developing a strategy to support their goals and vision.
Charlie is a Madison native and attended Augsburg University in Minneapolis. After graduation, he worked as a financial analyst but was excited to pursue a fulfilling career with a strong community focus at Hausmann Group. Charlie enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, and cooking. While he insists he’s not a great cook, it has been a rewarding challenge trying to improve. Charlie enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. A perfect weekend for him would include some golf and a family dinner.
Charlie graduated from Augsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Management Information Systems Minor, Summa Cum Laude. He volunteers his time helping coach hockey and working with kids to improve their game.
