Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can contact us via email on info@myhaus.com or by calling us on +44 (0) 208 1856 961, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Unwanted items need to be returned back to us at the following address: MyHaus Ltd, 1 Brunel Road, Gorse Lane Industrial Estate, Clacton On Sea, CO15 4LU.

The product you returned must be in new and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.

All returned items will be assesed and once approved, a full refund, excluding the any initial delivery charge, will be credited via your original method of payment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods in to us. If your goods are faulty or damaged, the cost of return will be reimbursed to you.

MyHaus Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be in a resalable condition. In such cases the items may be returned to the purchaser. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.If returning you purchase by mail, it is strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage.

Damaged Items

On the rare occasion that your item is delivered damaged or is faulty, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page or by calling +44 (0) 208 1856 961, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Our customer care team will be happy to help you.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. In the rare instance that this is the case, please do not accept the delivery and the item will be returned to supplier. Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a replacement delivery.

Returns from outside the UK and UK Non Mainland

MyHaus cannot arrange any collections of unwanted or faulty goods from outside the UK and any UK non-mainland due to high import charges.

If your order is faulty we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the amount once we have received a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number so we can follow the parcel.

Once we have received the goods in the same condition sent out in we will issue you a full refund including the extra delivery cost incurred by yourself. If you wish to return unwanted goods we will not be able to pay for the delivery charge or refund the original delivery cost.
