To try and make life a little simpler we have created a list of frequently asked questions however if you have a query that is not on our list then please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can place on order online, via our website at any time.

You can also contact us by phone on 0208 185 6961 to speak with our sales team Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

For any order changes and cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

If you change your mind before the order is dispatched, you can contact us and ask to change your order or cancel it.

Please contact us on 0208 185 6961 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to speak with our customer care team regarding a trade order. Our staff will be happy to discuss this with you.

Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom or retail location.

We are happy to offer a 14 day return policy on all purchases so if your item isn't as you expected, you can return it to us.

If you receive the wrong product, get in touch with us to organise a replacement of the product.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Pay by BACS, send payment via bank account
  • PayPal

All our products can be delivered within mainland UK only.

We aim to deliver your order within 4-10 days. Your goods will be delivered by an independent courier company.

Once you place your order you will receive an email informing you about the delivery status of your order.

The email will provide you also with the tracking information so you can verify the progression of your order.

Unfortunately, as we use a range of suppliers for the items we sell on our website we are unable to arrange for you to collect your goods from them.

If you find your order is damaged, missing any parts, faulty or is any way incorrect please contact us immediately with the details either by email at info@myhaus.com or by telephone 0208 1856 961.

You must tell us within 3 days of receipt.

Please keep all packaging and instructions and do not use.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 7 days of receipt via email or by calling us on 0208 1856 961.

Please contact our customer service team on 0208 185 6961 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we will be happy to issue you one.

All prices on our website are quoted and charged in GBP.

The prices include the 20% UK VAT and as we only offer delivery within the mainland UK, we cannot offer a VAT refund.
