FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

To try and make life a little simpler we have created a list of frequently asked questions however if you have a query that is not on our list then please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can place an order online, via our website at any time.

You can also contact us by phone on 0208 185 6961 to speak with our sales team Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

For any order changes and cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to action your request.

If you change your mind once the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Made to order products can be cancelled or amended within 14 days of the order being placed. Due to the bespoke nature of the product, you will be charged the full amount if you decide to cancel after 14 days.

Please contact us on 0208 185 6961 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to speak with our customer care team regarding a trade order. Our staff will be happy to discuss this with you.

Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom or retail location.

We are happy to offer a 14 day return policy on all purchases so if your item isn't as you expected, you can return it to us.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to organise a replacement of the product.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Pay by BACS, send payment via bank account
  • PayPal

All our products can be delivered within mainland UK only.

We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days. Your goods will be delivered by an independent courier company.

Made to order products typically take 6-8 weeks to be available. You will be notified as soon as the order is ready to be delivered.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email informing you about the delivery status of your order.

Please provide a mobile number when you place your order so you can receive delivery text notifications from the independent courier.

Unfortunately, as we use a range of suppliers for the items we sell on our website we are unable to arrange for you to collect your goods from them.

If you find your order is damaged, missing any parts, faulty or is any way incorrect please contact us immediately with the details either by email at info@myhaus.com or by telephone 0208 1856 961.

You must tell us within 14 days of receipt.

Please keep all packaging and instructions and do not use.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receipt via email or by calling us on 0208 1856 961.

Please contact our customer service team on 0208 185 6961 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we will be happy to issue you one.

All prices on our website are quoted and charged in GBP.

The prices include the 20% UK VAT and as we only offer delivery within the mainland UK, we cannot offer a VAT refund.
