As a Benefit Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing benefits-related financial information. The Benefit Analyst works with the internal account team and directly with clients to recommend best-in-class benefit plan strategies.

Analyze data: Produce historical and predictive reports and interpret results from various plans or employer programs to help improve our clients’ benefit plans.

Tell the client’s story with data: Interpret data points and proactively research supporting details. Prepare presentations and attend client meetings to present findings.

Project management: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while frequently adjusting to the needs of our internal teams, prospects, and clients.


  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience
  • Hold a valid Wisconsin Health and Life insurance license or obtain one within three months of hire
  • Experience working in the employee benefits industry preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, organized with a focus on accuracy of work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Working Conditions

  • A valid driver’s license is required
